Cubic ID is a universal cross-platform profile that helps connect your game progress to a single account.
Cubic ID does not replace your usual login methods, such as Google Play, Game Center, AppGallery, Steam, and Epic Games. It works as an additional way to link your account.
Cubic ID is used to:
- save your progress in the cloud;
- transfer your account between devices;
- play on different platforms with the same progress;
- keep access to your account if your device breaks, gets lost, or is stolen.
In the future, Cubic ID will let you use the same progress across different platforms. For now, this feature is still under development.
🤔 How does Cubic ID work?
Cubic ID is linked to your email address. After linking, your progress is saved not only on your device, but also in the cloud. This means you can log in to Cubic ID on another device and load your account.
You do not need transfer codes or separate platform-specific workarounds. Create Cubic ID once and link your account to keep your progress safe.
❗ Important things to know
- One game account can be linked to Cubic ID only once.
- The link cannot be undone.
- The linked email address cannot be changed.
- One Cubic ID cannot be linked to several Pixel Gun 3D accounts.
- By creating Cubic ID, you accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
🤔 How do I create Cubic ID?
- Open the in-game Settings → first tab → Cubic ID.
- Tap Create Cubic ID.
- Enter your email address and tap Continue.
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit code.
The email subject looks like this: Cubic ID Login [XXXXXX]. The code is valid for 30 minutes.
- Enter the code in the game and tap Continue.
- After successful linking, you will see the Welcome to Cubic ID! screen. It will show your linking ID, linked email address, and a nickname of your game account.
🤔 How do I log in on another device?
- Install and launch Pixel Gun 3D on your new device.
- Open Cubic ID login.
On Steam, tap the Cubic ID button on the start screen.
On mobile, create a new account first, then go to Settings → Cubic ID (like in registration).
- Tap Yes, Log In.
- Enter the email linked to your Cubic ID.
- Tap Continue.
- Check your inbox for the 6-digit code.
The email subject looks like this: Cubic ID Login [XXXXXX]
The code is valid for 30 minutes.
- Enter the code in the game.
- A window will appear with progress options. To switch to the account linked to your current Cubic ID, choose the Available Progress.
⚠️ Important: Any local progress on the new device will be replaced. It cannot be restored after loading your Cubic ID progress.
🤔 How do characters work with Cubic ID?
Cubic ID can store several characters. Your current character becomes the primary character when you link your Cubic ID for the first time.
You can create additional characters in the player's profile. This option becomes available from level 15.
Important details:
- all characters are available on any device where you are logged in to Cubic ID;
- the primary character loads first when you log in;
- you can switch to another character in the player's profile;
- characters are never merged;
- each character keeps its own progress.
🤔 How can I log out of Cubic ID?
- Go to Settings → first tab.
- Tap Log Out and confirm the action.
After logging out:
- your Cubic ID session on this device will end;
- the game will restart;
- you will stay logged in through your platform account, such as Game Center or Google Play;
- if that platform account has progress, it will load;
- if it has no progress, you will start as a new player.
Your Cubic ID and all its data will still exist. You can log back in anytime to restore access.
Logging out on one device does not log you out on other devices.
🤔 Can I play on multiple devices?
Yes, you can be logged in to Cubic ID on several devices.
However, only one active game session is allowed at a time. If you start playing on another device, the previous session will end automatically. To continue on the first device, tap Reconnect.
🤔 I did not receive the verification code
Try these steps:
- check your spam or junk folder;
- make sure the email address is entered correctly;
- wait a few minutes;
- request a new code.
Make sure you enter the latest code you received.
🤔 My email is already linked to another account
If the email is already linked to another account, you can't use it again to create a new Cubic ID. You will see a prompt with the linked account.
You can either:
- load that account;
- stay on your current account.
Check the account information carefully before choosing.
🤔 I got a Connection Lost message
This may happen if you logged in to your Cubic ID from another device. Only one active session is allowed at a time. Tap Reconnect to continue playing on the current device.
🤔 Can I reuse the same email after a ban?
If an account linked to your email was banned, that email cannot be used to create a new Cubic ID. You will need to use a different email address.
🤔 I forgot which email I used
Try searching your inbox for previous Cubic ID emails. Search for Cubic ID Login or Cubic ID.
