The game is unavailable on Google Play in Vietnam

Pixel Gun 3D has been temporarily removed from Google Play in Vietnam. Starting September 30, players will no longer be able to launch the game from Google Play due to a mandatory update that can't be installed in the region.

To make sure you don’t lose access to your account, we strongly recommend transferring your progress to the AppGallery version in advance.

🌐 How to download the AppGallery app

AppGallery is Huawei’s app store, and it can be installed on any Android device. Follow the steps below to continue playing with your existing progress:

1. Download AppGallery from this link: https://appgallery.huawei.com/app/C27162

2. Install AppGallery on your device.

- Allow installation from unknown sources in your device settings.

- Grant all required permissions during installation.

3. Create a Huawei account and sign in through AppGallery.

4. Install Pixel Gun 3D from AppGallery.

At this stage, you’ll get a new PG3D account linked to AppGallery. To keep your old progress, use the in-game progress transfer feature.

🔁 Using the transfer feature

On the Google Play version (where your source account is):

1. Launch the game on the Google Play version.
2. Open in-game settings and tap Manage account.
3. Select the Account transfer option.
4. Tap Request code to generate your transfer password. Keep this code safe — you’ll need it later.

On the AppGallery version:

1. Launch the game on the AppGallery version.
2. Open Settings → Manage account.
3. Select Account transfer, then enter the code you created earlier.
4. You’ll see the existing Huawei account (the new one) and the incoming source (main) account. Tap Replace to use your source progress.
5. Press Continue to finalize the transfer.

⚠️ Important: This will erase your current (new) Huawei progress. It can’t be restored after this point.

Always double-check which progress you’re replacing on the target device; once you confirm, it’s final. Only one PG3D account can be linked to a single AppGallery profile.
