⚠️ Before you delete your account
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- All progress, characters, and purchases will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.
- If you start a new game, your old account will be permanently lost and cannot be restored.
- It’s not possible to delete a single character. If you request account deletion, all characters on the account will be permanently deleted.
- You can cancel your deletion request within 21 days after submitting it if you have not started a new game yet. To do it, please contact our support team.
📌 Account deletion is not needed and will not help if you want to:
Transfer your account. See this guide.
Switch to another account. See this guide.
Sync your Google Play, Game Center, HUAWEI ID, Steam, or Epic Games profile to a different account (or vice versa). This is not possible, as each Pixel Gun 3D account can be linked to only one Google Play, Game Center, HUAWEI ID, Steam, or Epic Games profile (or vice versa), and this link cannot be changed.
❌ How to request account deletion
You can submit a deletion request in one of the following ways.
From the game
Open Settings (⚙️) and select Account deletion.
A warning window will appear. Type DELETE to confirm.
Your account will be blocked until it is deleted. Account deletion takes up to 21 days.
From the Help Center
Open the request form.
Select Account Issues → Delete account and fill out the form.
We will verify that you are the account owner and start the deletion process.
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. Account deletion takes up to 21 days.
⛔ My account was permanently banned. Can I still delete it?
If your Pixel Gun 3D account was permanently banned for violating the Terms of Service, the account itself cannot be deleted and will remain banned. However, you can still request the removal of your personal data (such as advertising or device information) by contacting our support team. This data will be deleted within 3 days.
