How can I create a new Pixel Gun 3D account?

If you want to start fresh, create a new character, or have an alternate account, here’s how to do it, depending on what exactly you need.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 How to create a new character on the same account?

If you just want to play from scratch without changing your main account:

1. Open Pixel Gun 3D.
2. Go to Settings (⚙️) → first tab.
3. Tap on Choose character.
4. You’ll be offered to create up to 2 new characters.

Now you can have up to 3 characters on the same game account. You don’t need to switch between the emails to play on these characters.

📌 Important:

• This feature is available from the 15 level.
• The second and third characters are not separate accounts — they’re all part of the same PG3D account, but with their own unique IDs. You can’t delete or transfer characters individually.

🆔 How to create a completely new game account?

If you want a fully separate account, there are two ways:

1. Resetting the old progress

You can request a deletion of your account through the game:

• Go to Settings (⚙️) → Account deletion.

• A warning window will appear — type DELETE to confirm.

• Your account will be blocked until deletion is complete. 

• On a warning window, press the New Game button. 

• Type NEW GAME in capital letters. This action will create a brand-new account that will be synced with your current Google Play/Game Center/HUAWEI ID/Steam/Epic Games profile.

📌 Note: Once you confirm starting a new game, your old account will be fully reset. This action can't be canceled.

2. Creating a new platform profile

Pixel Gun 3D accounts can be synced with a single platform profile. To start the game anew, simply create a new platform profile:

• Log out of your current Google Play/Game Center/HUAWEI ID/Steam/Epic Games profile on your device.
• Create a new platform profile (see below).
• Launch Pixel Gun 3D.
• The game will start fresh — you’ll receive a brand-new account automatically synced with your new Google Play/Game Center/HUAWEI ID/Steam/Epic Games profile.

Now you’ll have two accounts and can switch between them by changing the platform login.

⚙️ How to create a new platform profile?

Here’s how, based on the platform:

📱 Google Play (Android)

1. Go to Settings → Google → Accounts.
2. Tap Add Account → Google.
3. Create or sign in to a new Google Account.
4. Open the game — you’ll start fresh.

🍏 Game Center (iOS)

1. Go to Settings → Game Center.
2. Log out of your Apple ID.
3. Sign in with a new or different one.
4. Launch Pixel Gun 3D.

🌐 HUAWEI ID (Huawei)

1. Go to Settings → Huawei ID.
2. Log out of your account.
3. Create or sign in to a new one.
4. Launch the game.

🎮 Steam (PC)

1. Log out of your current Steam account.
2. Click Create new account.
3. Sign in and launch the game.

🕹️ Epic Games Store (PC)

1. Log out of your current Epic Games account.
2. Go to store.epicgames.com and press Sign in → Create an account.
3. Sign in and launch the game.
