🆔 Made a typo in your account ID?
When entering your account ID, the game displays the nickname of the receiver. Always double-check it before confirming the payment. If another player received your item by mistake, contact our support team.
💳 Can’t make a payment?
Payments are processed by Xsolla and CodaShop. Try the following steps:
Ensure your Internet connection is stable.
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Try a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox) or another device.
Disable AdBlock or antivirus temporarily.
Clear browser cache (on PC or laptop).
If the issue persists:

Contact CodaShop support.
💰 Charged twice for one purchase?
Take screenshots of both receipts from your email and contact our support team. We’ll verify the transaction and assist you.
