💸 Criteria for refunds
- No more than 48 hours have passed since the payment.
- The purchased in-game values haven't been used.
- The purchase didn't affect other players and didn't give you advantages over them (e.g., VIP status, unique skin, etc.).
⚠️ Important: Purchases made with in-game currency are non-refundable.
If even one of these conditions is not met, we can't initiate the refund process.

Some platforms don't allow refunds, even if your purchase meets all conditions:
- Amazon: According to Amazon's Refund Policy, all digital goods are non-refundable after purchase.
- Steam: According to Steam's Refund Policy, all in-game purchases made via Steam are considered final and non-refundable.
- Epic Games Store: According to Epic Games Store's Refund Policy, all in-game purchases made via Epic Games Store are considered final and non-refundable.
