Violating our Terms of Service may result in a ban. This article covers the reasons why accounts can be banned.
If your account is banned, you will see a ban window showing the reason for the ban.
On mobile devices, you can start a new game 48 hours after the ban. To do this, enter NEW GAME in the designated field. This will create a new account starting from level 1, and access to the banned account will be permanently lost.
On PC, instead of the New Game button, you will see the Exit button.
⚠️ Important: You won’t be able to start a new game using the same Steam or Epic Games profile. To create a new account, you'll need to log in with a different Steam or Epic Games profile.
