If you notice a player breaking the rules through chat, nickname, skin, or behavior, you can report them using one of the two available methods.
📲 In-game report system
Pixel Gun 3D includes a built-in reporting system that lets you report a player without leaving the match.
- Tap the report button next to the player's nickname during a match.
- You can report 1 player per 24 hours.
- Maximum: 10 different players per day.
This limit helps prevent spam. Please use reports only when the rules are really broken — false reports reduce the system’s effectiveness.

You can also contact our support team if the violation is serious or not listed in the in-game options. Be ready to provide:
📣 If it’s about messages or offensive behavior:
- Player’s in-game ID
- Screenshot of the message
- Approximate time of the incident
🙅♂️ If it’s about an offensive name, skin, clan name, logo, or motto:
- Player’s in-game ID
- Screenshot proof
🧩 Other violations (cheats, fraud, personal data leaks, etc.):
- Player’s in-game ID
- Description of what happened
- Screenshot or video proof
Due to our Privacy Policy, we can’t share the results of any investigation. But be sure that our team reviews every report.
