Here’s what you can try to fix the problem with rewards:
Make sure your Internet connection is stable.
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if it helps.
Link your PG3D account to Game Center/Google Play/AppGallery, then:
- uninstall the game,
- reboot your device,
- reinstall Pixel Gun 3D.
If nothing works, you can reach our support team. Submit a request and include:
your PG3D account ID,
and a short description of the issue (what video, when it happened, what reward didn’t show up).
