To make sure that your progress in Pixel Gun 3D is being saved, please ensure that your account is linked to a platform profile. You also need the link to transfer your account between different devices on the same platform.
🖥️ On PC
Your account is automatically linked to your Steam or Epic Games profile when you create a new account on PC or when you transfer a mobile account to PC. No manual setup is required.
📱 On mobile devices
On mobile, you need to make sure your account is linked to the relevant platform profile.
Google Play on Android
Game Center on iOS
HUAWEI ID on Huawei devices
🔍 How to check if your account is linked
Launch Pixel Gun 3D.
Open Settings (⚙️).
Stay on the first tab.
You will see a button showing the account status.

If your account is synced, the button will be green. You should see a message saying Your progress is being saved and the username of the linked profile.
If your account isn't synced, the button will be yellow. Please press the button to link.
⚠️ Important information
We do not collect or store players’ email addresses, so we can’t tell which email was used or check the username of your profile.
Each Pixel Gun 3D account can be synced with only one Google Play, Game Center, HUAWEI ID, Steam, or Epic Games profile, and only once. Likewise, each Google Play, Game Center, HUAWEI ID, Steam, or Epic Games profile can be linked to only one Pixel Gun 3D account, and only once. This link can't be changed or removed.
