This usually means the game can’t reach the servers due to connectivity issues. Run a speed test and check that your connection is stable (not dropping) with a reasonable ping and no packet loss. If results vary widely, try the tips below.
🛠️ Quick checks (all devices)
- Restart the game, then your device.
- Turn Airplane mode on/off (mobile), or toggle Wi-Fi off/on.
- Temporarily disable VPN/proxy or firewall apps.
- Close background downloads/streaming apps.
📶 Wi-Fi (phone/PC)
- Power-cycle your router: unplug for 30 seconds, plug back in.
- Try the 5 GHz network if available (faster, shorter range).
- Forget the network and reconnect.
- If you use a modem + router, power-cycle both.
📱 Mobile data
- Check if you have signal and data balance.
- Switch between 4G/5G (or toggle Prefer 5G).
- Turn off Data Saver/Low Data Mode.
- If it stays slow or drops, contact your mobile carrier for support.
💻 PC
- Prefer a wired (Ethernet) connection for stability.
- Update network drivers and Windows/macOS updates.
- Disable bandwidth-heavy apps (cloud sync, download managers, etc.).
- Check that your firewall/antivirus isn’t blocking the game.
🌍 VPN
Sometimes, your network might be blocking the connection to PG3D servers. A VPN can help bypass this.
- Repeat either of the above methods (Wi-Fi or Data), but this time with a VPN enabled.
- If the game loads, the issue is likely on your network provider’s end.
If the VPN helps, we recommend contacting your Internet Service Provider and letting them know you're having issues connecting to Pixel Gun 3D game servers.
