Sometimes, after a refund is processed through payment systems such as Google Pay or Apple Pay, your account may show a negative in-game currency balance. This can happen if:
You already used the purchased in-game currency before the refund was completed. In this case, the game will automatically deduct the equivalent amount from your account.
Some purchased resources were converted into in-game currency at the time the refund was processed. This converted in-game currency will also be deducted from your account.
