3CatSpam (also known as Three Category Spam) is a fast weapon-switching technique in Pixel Gun 3D, where a player rapidly cycles between three specific weapon categories (usually sniper, backup, and special) to maximize burst damage while avoiding reload animations.
The main tactic is to fire one shot from each weapon in rapid sequence, avoiding weapon-switch delays and stacking damage faster than an opponent can react.
Keep in mind that some PG3D weapons have a delay before you can fire after switching. 3CatSpam relies on weapons with little to no delay, allowing almost instant firing.
Rocket Jump is a tactic in which a player, using a weapon with knockback or explosive force, fires at their own feet during a jump, gaining additional height. This technique allows players to reach elevated areas that can’t be accessed normally, move quickly across the map, escape pursuit, or gain a positional advantage — since opponents often don’t expect an attack from above.
To perform this trick, any weapon with an explosive or knockback effect is suitable, as well as weapons with an area of effect. Most of these options are located in the Heavy category. Examples include: Pixel-Cola Refresher, Anti-Gravity Blaster, Cerberus, Gauntlet of Power, Apocalypse, Rocket Launcher, and others.
The effect of the Rocket Jump can be enhanced by additionally using items that increase jump height. These include: Samurai Helmet, Berserk Boots, Storm Trooper Boots, Demolition Boots, and others.
The tactic is simple: you need to aim the weapon at your feet, shoot, and then jump. If the weapon deals self-damage, you should jump first and then shoot downward while in the air — this allows you to avoid unnecessary damage.
