Scamming is strictly forbidden in Pixel Gun 3D. Any player caught trying to scam others faces a permanent ban.
🛡️ What to do if you see a scammer
If you notice suspicious or fraudulent behavior in chat, report it to our support team. To help us act quickly, please include:
the Player ID of the violator,
a screenshot of the chat showing the scam attempt.
Our support team will review your report and take action if needed. Please note that due to our Privacy Policy, we can't share the outcome of the investigation with you.
🔎 How to find a Player ID
Go to your profile menu in the lobby.
Tap History.
Find the match with that player.
Tap their profile — the ID is shown above their avatar.
If you spot a scammer, report them right away. Together, we keep the PG3D community safe!
