Campaign Mode unlocks once you reach 35 XP and offers a story-driven adventure through the world of Pixel Gun 3D.
You play as Newbie, a simple farmer who suddenly finds himself in the middle of a zombie apocalypse. Your mission is to uncover the cause of the outbreak and fight your way through hordes of enemies, mysterious worlds, and powerful bosses.
Each mission brings new challenges, enemies, and rewards — all tied together by the unfolding story.
🎮 Gameplay and rewards
Campaign levels reward you with items, weapons, and in-game currency. However, keep in mind:
Rewards from levels (except the final ones) are only granted if you achieve a three-star rating.
Items unlocked in Campaign can't be used in other modes.
Hidden coins and gems are not available in offline mode. Still, you can progress through uncompleted levels offline.
⚙️ Difficulty levels
Campaign Mode features three difficulty levels:
Easy
Normal
Hard
You can switch between them at any time through the world selection menu. Enemy health, speed, and damage increase with difficulty — making the challenge more intense but the rewards more satisfying.
⭐ Stars and progression
Each level has three stars that you can earn by completing specific objectives:
Defeat all monsters.
Complete the level without losing any health.
Finish the level on Hard difficulty.
Stars are required to unlock new worlds and continue your adventure.
🌍 Worlds in Campaign Mode
Each world has its own setting, enemies, and rewards — offering unique experiences throughout your journey:
Pixelated World
The first world of the Campaign, featuring nine stages filled with zombies and infected creatures. It serves as an introduction to the game mechanics and atmosphere of Pixel Gun 3D.
Block World
The second world, set in a vibrant village environment. It introduces new characters, such as the Girl and the Dragon, across six creative stages.
Crossed Worlds
A five-stage world that ends with a major reward — upon completing the final level, you’ll earn 15 gems and the 0xBadc0de weapon.
Virtual Worlds
A continuation of the story that requires three stars in all previous levels. It consists of six challenging stages, and players who finish it will receive the Cubic Hat.
World 5 (in development)
The fifth world is currently being developed. It will bring new story content, enemies, and rewards for players to explore in future updates.
The Campaign Mode offers a mix of storytelling, action, and strategy. It’s perfect for players who enjoy exploring worlds, mastering levels, and uncovering the mysteries behind the Pixel Gun 3D universe — one battle at a time.
