Starting with the game version 24.3.5, players on all mobile platforms, except for Huawei, will be able to transfer their Pixel Gun accounts to the Steam version of the game.
However, Android device owners can also transfer their progress to Huawei devices. Here is a simplified step-by-step guide to help you through the process:
On mobile devices:
Step 1: Setting Up
- Open the in-game settings on your mobile device.
- Look for the Account transfer or deletion button in the game settings on your device and tap on it.
Step 2: Initiate Transfer
- Select the Account transfer option.
Step 3: Generate the Code
- Generate a password for transferring progress. Tap on the Request code to create your password. You can also verify the transfer process by consulting the Progress transfer guide available in this window.
On PC:
Step 1: Setting Up
- Open the in-game settings on the PC.
- Look for the Account transfer or deletion button in the game settings on PC and click on it.
Important note: when you first launch the game on a PC, a window will open with the choice between starting a new game or synchronizing your progress from your mobile device. From this menu, you can select the option that suits you and transfer your game progress from a mobile device to a computer.
Step 2: Initiate Transfer
- Select the Account transfer option.
Step 3: Transferring progress from the mobile version of the game
- Enter the generated code from the mobile version of the game
Step 4: Choose Your Account
- Select the Replace option to choose your old PG account.
Step 5: Confirm Progress Transfer
- Confirm the action and press Continue.
By clicking Continue you acknowledge the potential account loss for the account created on the new device.
Important note: When transferring progress from a mobile device to the Steam version of the game, your previous progress from the Steam version of the game will be completely overwritten without the possibility of restoring.
Account transfer from Steam to other platforms is currently unavailable. Additionally, you can only link one in-game account to your Steam account.
It is important to emphasize that when you transfer your game progress between different platforms (for example, between Google Play and Steam/AppGallery) your account will automatically synchronize with each of them. This means that you can start playing on one platform, such as Steam, and seamlessly continue on your mobile device, and vice versa.
Step 6: Enjoy Your Progress
- Your old progress will now be available on your PC.
- You might encounter a Connection Error on your old device due to the limitation of using one PG3D account across multiple devices simultaneously. Click Reconnect to regain access to your transferred account on your old device, and a similar window will appear on your PC/Huawei device.
Android-to-iOS and other devices transfer:
Android-to-iOS transfer feature is not available at the moment. Transferring from Android to Amazon/One Store and vice versa is also not possible. However, owners of devices on the Android platform will also be able to transfer their progress to Huawei devices. Additionally, we will provide updates about the launch of this feature for other platforms in our socials and the official Discord community channel. Stay tuned for updates!
Important Tips:
- If your game progress is not linked to your store account (Google Play, App Store, etc.), it will be lost during the transfer.
- Remember to choose carefully to ensure a smooth transfer of your game progress.
- Selling, gifting, trading to third parties or any other forms of assignment violates our Terms of Service and may lead to permanent account termination. These actions are strictly prohibited.
