When troubleshooting technical issues with our Support Team, providing detailed information about your PC can greatly assist in resolving any issues you may encounter. One common request is to attach a DXDiag report, which contains valuable information about your system configuration. Here is how you can generate and provide this information:
- Accessing DXDiag:
On your Windows PC, navigate to the search box, type dxdiag and press Enter. This will bring up the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
- Viewing System Information:
In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window that opens, you will see several tabs at the top. Click on the System tab to view information about your PC's operating system, processor/CPU, and the amount of RAM/memory installed.
- Identifying Graphics Card:
To find information about your graphics card, click on the Display tab within the DXDiag report. Here, you will see details such as the name of your graphics card.
- Comparing Specs to Minimum Requirements:
Using the information generated in your DXDiag report, you can compare your PC specs to the minimum requirements listed for our game. This comparison will help you determine if your system meets the necessary criteria for optimal performance.
- Saving the DXDiag Report:
To attach the DXDiag report to a support ticket, simply click on the Save All Information button located at the bottom of the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window. This will save a text file containing all the system information.
