If you believe that the player's speech, behavior, or nickname violates our Policies and Guidelines, you can submit an in-game report.
PG3D uses an in-game report system that allows players to report violators without distracting from matches. Each player can use the report function if they encounter unacceptable behavior or suspicious actions by another player. One complaint can be made per player every 24 hours to avoid abuse of the system. Up to 10 reports can be filed against different players in 24 hours. The effectiveness of the system depends on the honesty of the players, so it is important to use it only for its intended purpose.
You can also contact our Support Team to send a report. Depending on the report reason, you need to provide additional information:
- If you want to report a player whose behavior you find offensive, make sure to attach a screenshot of the message, provide the ID of the player who left it, and specify when the situation happened.
- If you want to report a player whose name, skin, or Clan name/motto/logo you find offensive, make sure to provide the ID of this player.
- If you want to report other violations, e.g., fraud, usage of third-party software, disclosure of any personal data, etc., make sure to provide the ID of the violator, describe the situation in detail and provide screenshots or videos as proof.
