To initiate the deletion of your data, you can request the account deletion within the game. Press Settings > Account transfer or deletion > Request action with an account, and you will be redirected to the mail where you can submit your inquiry for the account deletion.
Once we verify your identity as the account owner, we will proceed with deleting your data. You will receive a notification in response to your support request once the deletion process is complete.
Please note that the data deletion procedure may take up to 24 hours, and it is crucial to understand that this action is permanent and cannot be reversed. However, you can contact our Support Team and cancel the deletion of your account within 24 hours of your submission.
