In order for the game to function properly,
-
your mobile device must meet the minimum requirements, which include having at least 4GB of available RAM. Devices with lower RAM capacities may experience unstable performance.
- try clearing the game's cache on an Android device by following these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your Android device.
- Scroll down and tap on Apps or Application Manager (the exact name may vary depending on your device).
- Find the game you want to clear the cache for and tap on it.
- Within the game's settings, you should see an option called Storage or Storage & Cache. Tap on it.
- Look for the Clear cache button and tap on it.
- A confirmation message may appear, asking if you want to clear the cache. Confirm by tapping OK or Clear.
- Wait for the cache to be cleared. This may take a few moments.
- Once the process is complete, you can exit the settings and relaunch the game.
Note that clearing the game's cache will remove temporary data and may improve performance or fix certain issues. However, it will not delete any game progress or saved data.
- keep your operating system up to date to maintain stable performance. Check for any available updates to your operating system.
- make sure your Internet speed exceeds at least 20 Mbps: you can check it via respective websites or applications both for Android and iOS. If you use Wi-Fi, check the state of your router. Try switching to mobile data, changing the cables, or restarting it. If you use mobile data and do not get the required performance, you might need to contact your telecommunication service provider for further assistance.
If you want to give it a shot, you can also try reinstalling the game. Just make sure your PG3D account is connected to either your Google Play, Game Center, or Huawei account beforehand. Otherwise, you'll lose all your progress.
