If you believe you were falsely banned, please contact our Support Team.
When logging in to the banned account, you can see a ban window. If you:
- press New Game, you can reset your progress and restart from level 1. This action will be available in 48 hours after the account is banned. Note that this action will fully delete your previous account progress, making it unrecoverable.
- press Contact Us, you can contact our Support Team and find the reason for being banned.
