Our Terms of Service include a Refund Policy that outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund. Please ensure that your purchase satisfies all of the following criteria:
- A refund can be made within 48 hours of payment;
- Intra-Project Values have not been used;
- The purchase did not affect other users and (or) did not give you preferences in relation to other users (VIP status, unique skin, etc.).
If your purchase fails to meet these conditions, we cannot initiate the refund process.
If your purchase meets these criteria, please contact our Support Team. They will help you initiate the refund process.
On some platforms, a refund is impossible, even if your purchase satisfies all the demands.
Amazon:
According to Amazon's refund policy, all digital products can't be refunded after the purchase.
Steam:
All purchases completed in the Steam store are considered to be final and cannot be refunded. You can read more about Steam's refund policy here.
